That just represents the number of post you have. i think that a freashmen user as 50 and less post and a junior user is 51 to 100 post i believe then it goes up from there.

Wow! An EXP... I remember those! Almost forgot them...

Is it hard to get parts for?

Naw not really it's an 88 and shares all the running gear with escorts. the body panels/stuff like that are harder to find. but all the important stuff is escort I love driving it because of the $$ savings in gas plus trying to save miles on me truck. I'll be putting in 3.27's in the rear for my truck..got the horrible 2.47's in the back once I get done w/the scort since it's my DD now

My 82 is the same as nicks ALMOST My big question to ALL, is has anyone made a roadster pickup out of one of these 80 to 86 stepsides. Thats my next step First I took out the C4 and put in a C6 behind the 300-6cyl next i chopped the roof off of an 84 CHEVY Van chopped it at 82 inches long and set it on the box next i put in an 86 caddy tilt and telescopic steering wheel Electric windows and electric door locks 6 way electric blue leather front seat from an 86 caddy seville. Mirrors i tried mustang mirrors no good i tried monty carlo mirrors no good either next i found a pair of remote controol mirrors 76 caprice classic BINGO Fit perfect and look great. Not sure of next project but cutting the roof off and making a roadster truck with removable roof would be nice Wayne

Thanks nickmobile67 for showing me to this thread!

I just bought a black 84 F150 XLT 4x4. It's got a 351W, C6, 3.55 gears (open diffs I guess), dual exhaust, billit tube grill, slidin rear window on 31" tires.
The interior is purty darn nice as is the rest of the truck. Wood is in good shape, bed tailgate and cab are also in good shape. Paint is purdy nice, undercarrige is dang clean for a 4x4!
I plan on a lift and 33" or 35" tires soon plus a new front bumper to hold a winch.

I got a good deal on this truck even though I'm not a huge fan of stepsides, so I also plan on swapin out the bed for a regular bed sometime in the future. These beds just dont have enough space in them, but that wooden floor is purdy darn cool

I took some pics today inbetween rain showers, so soon as I figure out how to download the camera I'll post em up.
