Talking Took the "new" truck on the beach

Took the truck out to smiths point after getting the beach permit. $75 plus had to have a suffolk county green key( $59). Truck handled the sand alright but the truck wasn't too happy with the bumps. I think its time for some new shocks.

Hey Jeffrey, how much time do you spend out there? I am out on Smith's Point as often as I can be, just watch for a white 78 F250 w/ rust... lol in fact, I was out there yesterday and towed a pair... yup, a pair of chebbies. A late 90's suburban's electronic transfer case quit and a 2002ish blazer was digging his way to china trying to pull that land yacht so I hooked up to the blazer and tugged em both out to the firmer sand!!!

I hop from cut to cut depending on who I am out there with, my buddy with the Chebby usually rolls just past cut 1A and stops but I like the ride (and the puddles) to get to 3 and this weekend I went all the way out to the inlet for some fishing time.

can't help ya there, last weekend was my first fishing trip in about 12 years and all I got was 3 10 inch fish that I think were blackfish but I haven't been fishing in so long I couldn't tell ya for sure... was fun watching my buddy snag every rock in the inlet though!

that's always fun especially when it's not your tackle!

that was the bad part, it was my tackle, he didn't have any of his own... but then again I paid for it all over a decade ago so I can't complain
