FYI......the recalls where for Super Duty, Excursion and a few cars in the 02/03 models. F150 was not included in the list. whew', I was sweatin that one!

It appears that the recall includes some '03 and '04 F-series super duty pickups, as well as Excursion SUV's for a bad battery cable connection. It is the cable issue which would lead to a fire.

Luke, this article is still a little vague. It doesn't give F150 the mark, it's stating F-series. I believe that when they mentioned the f-series and excursion that would be because those models (F-250, 350 & Excursion) both share the same front end and engine styles and that would explain why they are both having problems with the ground cable, same mounting characteristics. If you do find another article that specify F150 please post. Thanx for the info too.
