2004 Expedition Navigation System
I recently purchased a 2004 Expedition with the navigation system. The owners manual says that the strength of the satellite signal is demonstrated by the directional display (N, S, E, W) changing colors. Red, for weak or no signal, Yellow for medium signal strength and Green for good, strong signal. I have seen the red and yellow colors on certain situations but I never get a green color. I have seen white which is not listed in the manual but usually comes on after the yellow signal when I reach a somewhat open area. I am presuming that the white indicator has replaced green but I am just not sure. Is anyone else experiencing this also?

Expedition Navigation System
I have an 04 Expedition with the Navigation System. When the satellite signal is strong the directional letter (e,w,n,s) is white just like yours. I guess it could be a light green but with the ambient light it sure looks white....
