Poor guy. Most everyone else around here gets a bunch of responses...this guy gets fat jokes. Guess I'll try to stay on more peoples good side. Not that its likely my name will be famous at my death.
Then again, he pretty much did disappear after Apacolypse Now. Not even sure he did much in that either.
Appears that attorney is witholding his cause and location of death. Thats odd. Is an attorney the only family he had left..........seems to be kind aover looked in the media.

Marlon Brando was a fine actor in my book,I regret that they dont play more of the old stuff on regular tv anymore. Some of the movies he did when he was young were great.
Rest in peace Marlon

He died of lung failure. I just heard it on TV while typing this.

Brando, as he got older, seemed to become more and more eccentric. His roles in movies were few and far between, some of them, like "The Island of Dr Moreaux" were pretty strange. "Appocolypse Now" was another anthology in strangeness....but after seeing it a few times, I began to appreciate his role a lot better....and being a Vietnam Vet

As for him being fat...tough.... he was a man of principle...not that I agreed with his principles. Leave his weight out of the debate. Give the man a little respect in death, whether he deserves it or not. We are all human. We all have feelings...be they all so different. We are all unique, albeit sometimes argumentative and strange natured, but we are still humans.

May he Rest in Peace.

I liked Brando as an actor, and think he ranked up ther with the best. However IMO, he led a wierd life, and had strange views. That's what he chose to do, and he'll be remembered for both. I wish he would have made more movies in his later life.
I say save the fat jokes for when Michael Moore takes a dirt-nap.

RIP Marlon.

I agree. He was a fine actor, but had some strange ways. He has been missed the last few years on the movie scene. But, when John Wayne died, that really affected me. So did Elvis's death.
