Talking What should I do 1st?? Mcrotuner OR bolt-ons

OK - I got all my goodies in place (stacked in my garage) - what should I do first - Superchips Microtuner download OR add-ons (TB spacer, exhaust), then Microtuner download?

Reading the Superchips Microtuner instructions, they indicate the tuner should only be used on a "stock" motor with no performance modifications - what about the already installed K&N intake and the Gibson Exhaust and TB spacer I just purchased???

thanks
tom

those are just fine as tuning has no effect on those types of mods. my opinion-return the spacer and use it towards the tuner/chip.

MICROTUNER, YEH BABY!!!!!

put the exhaust system on also, every little bit helps.

read 4 wheeler magazines article on "project MPG", great article on what works.
Good Luck and welcome, this is a great site to learn much stuff!!!!!!

Well - i have the microtuner already in hand, along with the other items - so it doesn't matter if i do the bolt-on's first - then do the Microtuner download?

thanks

Your bolt-ons will not impact the Microtuner one or another. They are not modifications that impact tuning.

any order you want, do a search on the spacer to see results BEFORE you install it.
