I got mine at Superduty headquarters on the web, but any Weld distributor should be able to get them for you. Dont let the salesman tell you that they dont exist.

Part # is 249-78728, cap # is 601-5317

Is the seven lug setup the same as the ones used on the superduties (meaning will any wheel that fits a superduty fit a seven lug f-150)?

 

The 7 lug pattern is the same on '04s as on past models. However, past models mostly have 16" wheels. I found a set of 16" wheels with 7 lugs at a junk dealer and went to try them. They would not clear the brakes. So you need a 7 lug - 17" wheel, which is only currently found on the 04 F150.
