I know that some of you think I am some kind of a font of great wisdom, but I can't be here all the time even if I were something like that (I have news - I'm NOT. I'm just like YOU...)

Now more than ever we need to rely on the the talent and the diplomacy of everyone here (whether it is New York, or Redneck diplomacy) to make new people coming to this place feel at home.

Mil1on is expert at this, as are many others. And this is a time when THE PEOPLE HERE MAKE ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE when new folk are welcomed to this place...

But the bottom line is that Kenny is occupied - So the greeting society is US.

Make the new people feel welcome here, and show them around. That is about all I wanted to ask....

Greywolf...understood...agreed, and respected!
Several people tried to make a certain individual welcome, simply stating that it was in the wrong forum. And several tried to help. But it is up to the individual not to take offense and go off. Which in this particular case did, by attacking the very members that were trying to help.
It is frustrating to all, to sit back and see the attacking of long time members or non-members...For no reason...
I do not speak for all, but only myself when I say that it is always appreciated when you can ask a question, any question and get an answer from so many talented and wise people. (OK maybe sometimes they may seem stupid to others), but I have found that everyone here has always been very helpful and cordial in responding.
This site offers a wealth of information, which is why most of us keep coming back, or stay.
Greywolf, Million and others are highly respected for their amusing, talented, and very informative posts. This is just part of what this site offers, as an FTE family.
I could go on but will not. I appreciate all of your prompt and valuable answers to many questions. Thank you Greywolf!

I've always enjoyed the tone and tenor of FTE over all the other similar sites. Most of the other ones I've visited have been appalling in terms of language, grammer and lack of respect for their fellow citizens. Let's not lose sight of what makes this the preeminent forum for all Ford enthusiasts.

Yeah, and I was hair away from suspending some of the regulars here. With the hours I'm working right now my tolerance level is pretty low.
