firing order for 4.0 OHV

anyone have the firing order for a 98 Exsplorer 4.0 OHV handy, and which bank is one and which is two

4.0L Firing Order, Cylinder & Coilpack Numbering

Bank 1 always contains the #1 cylinder, which is located on the passenger side of the engine.
