I just pulled in from a 300 mile trip and automatic transmission fluid just started pouring out between the transmission and the motor. Its coming out the hole in the cover below the torque converter.
Maybe a pump seal?
( I knew I should have bought that stick shift I was looking at......)
Torque converter, bushing and seal kit are being installed. Putting in a larger torque converter this time to help with the towing. The last one self destucted.
This is the 3rd F-250 for me. Two of them have screwed up the torque converter.
I think the Power Stroke is an awesome engine. The rest of the drive train leaves a lot to be desired.

Ford makes the best drivetrain in the buisness..... maybe you should of made your second two 250s... 350s??..... try towing with and HD(chev) sometime if ford doesnt cut it for you.....
