Exclamation 7Qts oil in 400Miles

Is it the end? I have a 1995 F-250 with 160,000 miles. In the last three years I have tore it down to the frame, painted it, and added a 4" skyjacker lift. Today I checked my oil to find none on the dipstick. I then added 7 quarts of oil. In the last three months I have begun to have a number of problems. In the winter began to have trouble starting and when it did it had no power and acted as if it wasn't getting enough fuel (shaked and sputtered). I at once changed fuel filter, oil/oil filter, and air filter. Some improvement was made. But still would not start with a regular crank. Two weeks ago I replaced the glow plugs and valve cover seals. This seem to help for almost week. Now has a 10-20 sec crank that varies. Does it sound like a fuel system problem?electrical?computer? The Oil problem is what I really am worried about. I've seen various mechanics. Ive been told it could be the turbo or bad rings. Does this sound logical. Would it be cheaper to rebuild completely or fix. Would a new 7.3 stroker bolt up to my transmission or even fit under hood with intercooler? How can I achieve the best performance? Any information or comments would be helpful, thanks.

Tore apart found out the injector o-rings need replaced. Also found a lot of oil being pulled by turbo. Should I look into factory reman. or after market. Any ideas on best performance at this point.
