I have a 94 super duty and for whatever reason when i hit a bump or a rough section in the road the truck's front end goes crazy the wheel just about rips out of your hand it constantly shakes from left to right the only way to stop it is to slow down to about 5 mph then it will straighten out. Put new tires on had an alignment I've had suggestions from new spring bushings to tie rods
Any help greatly appreciated

 

I had a similar problem with my truck and after an alignment, which I did not need, it was discovered to simply be that the tires were way out of balance. Did they balance your new tires?
