Thanks for all of you that replied to my posts..you can see my troubles by reading "whit smoke" post. Anyways I pulled the injectors on this engine and found that number one cylinder injector is dripping with engine oil and number three slightly oily. My next step is to take the compression on these cylinders. I also noticed that around the glow plug it has pooled with oil this on top of the intake manifold. How it got there I don't know. Is it too optimistic to think that these cylinders packed up with oil do to a injector malfunction? I am going to get the injectors pop tested tomorrow.

After getting the injectors pop tested you will need to get new copper rings and make sure the injectors are tourqed correctly. And the white smoke may be caused by a bad injector, but I would also check the injection pump. I don't know how oil got to the injectors.
