1997 Expedition 4x4 5.4L code p0455

I am getting a code p0455 after my check engine light came on. Can anyone give me some info on this? I tried to search the forums using the code number but kept getting a token error.

error code

PO455 is a evap emission control leak (large one)

just for the sake of it, be sure that your gas cap is on tight...emissions codes can be set by a loose gas cap...but it is usually a po441...

Some more info. It is intermitent. I disconnected the battery to clear the codes. Drove around about an hour or so, bought some fuel, rode some more and just when I was pulling into the driveway it went off again.
