Exclamation Air Ride Extremely Bouncy after put on a lift

After having work done on my 96 Limited Explorer my air suspension got extremely bouncy so bouncy if you hit a big enough bump it will throw you, also the check air suspension comes up on the message center. Anyhow I just had all the shocks replaced and it rode great up untill being put on a lift at the local shop. What can I do to correct this problem, its still under warrenty but would like a quick fix. Help

If the shop didnt turn of the auto ride control before they lifeted it, it could have messed it up.

YUP, that would do it......If you dont bring it to a Ford dealler make sure you tell the shop there is air ride and to turn it off before lifting the vehical, or you do it before you turn the keys over, might also want to remind the Ford dealler as well since most explorers dont come with the air ride.......But hey if it continues bring it to ford, let the shop know whats going on before hand. they are complety liable for all repairs that you make to the vehical due to there negligence.

After a few days the bouncyness mysteriously went away with no trouble in the past 3 days. Everthing seems to be fine so far, buy am continually monitoring system for malfunction.
