what does this truck worth F-250 Carbureted, 460, 61k miles

Hi all, I am interested in obtaining an accurate market valuation for my 1987 F-250 Lariat Crew Cab truck I intend to sell it. it has glorious 460 (7.5) engine, California car all its life. The vehicle has only 61,000 original miles and comes with comprehensive paperwork and service records dating back to the 1980s. I purchased the truck from the son of the original owner a few years ago, and it is in excellent condition with a new carburetor, starter motor, solenoid , new tires, temp sensor, and numerous suspension upgrades (shocks, stabilizer bar links and more) .. too many to list here. I have a binder of service records further attests to the truck's excellent condition. All factory components are in optimal working order, and the truck's original paint color is baby blue and white is well-maintained (repainted several years ago) with only a few minor blemishes. I have driven the vehicle for over 500 miles one way without encountering any problems. Most parts are replaced with NOS Motorcraft or Ford parts.
Please et me know what is a realistic price for this truck. I really don't want to sell it but I could use the cash for another investment.
Thanks

It depends a lot on your location. Up here in the Wisconsin rust belt that truck as clean as it is would bring 18-20 easy. Out west or down south where rust is not such a problem, most likely less. At the end of the day anything is worth as much as someone is willing to give you for it.

Are carbureted trucks lot less desirable than the Fuel injected counterparts of this era? in 1987, they Offred both engines hence the question.

1987 was the last year for the carb'ed 7.5L engine. All the other gas engines were EFI. As far as desirability goes...some folks hate EFI, others want nothing to do with a carburetor. Getting an older carb'ed vehicle to pass emissions in Cali. can be very difficult. But if you are already passing, that helps.

I see prices for bricknose and OBS trucks all over the board for prices. Anywhere between $4k for a rust bucket to $55k or better. None of us on this end of the keyboard can really give you an "expert" opinion on what you should list it for. Look at some car listings on various sites including Craigslist and of all places...Facebook Marketplace to see if you can find something similar to compare pricing.

That truck would likely do well on bringatrailer.

Being a 2wd hurts the value regardless of miles or condition

it is very hard to find a 87 Bricknose carbureted trucks for sale to gauge a price point, most are EFI. Most are not original, low mileage trucks with paperwork etc. I am not even sure if those factors really matter in the Truck world as most people want these trucks for utility and don't care about conditional, mileage originality etc. This is my first truck and I am not a truck person

Yes it is currently smoged and registered in CA. It passed Smog without any issues and do not see any problems in the future. I have all previous smog reports dating back to 2008 (last 15 years). This F-250 is also Catalytic convertor exempt in California. The entire Exhaust system is NOT part of the Smog inspection which is very helpful if you wish to update heads etc. There is an emission sticker under the hood that states that his truck is "non catalyst"
