I was trying to change my rear turn signal on a 2000 F250 superduty. I removed the two bolts that are on the side under the tail gate but it still did not want to come out. What else do I need to do to remove the tail light cover to get to the bulb. thanks a bunch for the help

 

Thats all that holds it along with to puss in studs on the out side
use a little force and it will come off
