Transplanting a 7.3 into F-250 4X4

I got a mission that I am about to under take.It goes like this.I got a 92 Extended cab F250 4X4 with the 8800 LB axels under it and a 351 with auto behind it.I got access to a well maintained 88 1 ton with the 7.3 and a 5 speed behind it.The body is rotten,I get all the gear from the 88 to transplant into my 92 to make it a diesel with the 5 speed for 700.00 Canadian.I got a buddies 89 that has the 7.3 in it so we can see all the plumbing for the engine. Who is the best to ask about anything special we are going to have to do?
