i am looking in to getting some new and possibly bigger rims on my f150. im not sure what size to get and i dont want to spend a fortune buying them. i am also loong to get new and bigger tires too without breaking my bank account. what do you recommend. i currently have 235/70/r16's on my truck and looking to go to 265's with a 17 or 18'' rim. any help would be nice.

 

if you get into the 17's or bigger you are probal looking at aftermarket and them are big bucks$$$$. keep your eyes glued to the classifieds and trading times. for a f150, that is a pretty big tire for stock as it is and could probaly go with 31's, 33's might be pushin it., i thought standard is 235/75/r15, and 16 inchers were on 3/4 tons, but i could be wrong, b/c i dont remember much about the 97+.
