Ebay!
I am hoping to get one on ebay as soon as my wife tells me I am allowed to spend more money on the truck. 
I have purchase all sorts of stuff from ebay....new leather seats for $625 plus shipping....Love em
Used chrome oe wheels for less than $250, take off tires from a new truck for really cheap.
Used aftermarket running boards with one scratch.....$50 bucks with shipping....I will post pics when running boards are done being painted and I put them on...
The key for me is the seller feedback! I check it! I prefer power sellers with 99% positive feedback- especially for high $ items.
I almost always pay with a credit card (not visa checkcard!) and use paypal when available. I am fraud protected!
