Thumbs up 60 F100 Your Thoughts

I just got home a 1960 F100 6cyl Auto. It has a flat bed on it now. I would like your thoughts on what to do with this truck.
1. Should I keep the flat bed or go to a short bed fleet side?
2. Should I keep the truck stock?
3. If not stock then what?
4. It is very stright but has a 1 day paint job.
5. Big block or small block?
6. Change the front clip to power brakes & steering?

Lets all put r heads together to do something to this truck.
Thanks

I'd be interested in the flat bed if you want to part with it.
Let me know!

The one that is on the has round hole for the stakes dont know if that is a real ford flatbed. I have a line on some real ford flatbeds that if I keep it as a flatbed I will take this off and use one of them. Where r u at?
