Yeah I was bored yesterday at work and decided to go back in this forum to the first page of posts. It was when everyone was speculating on the '04 design for the F-150. Kind of fun reading some of those first posts. Anyhow, I wouldn't mind if the F-250 & F-350 are along these lines. Like I said, "I'd Hit That".

You guys really like that thing? I think I'm gonna yak! I think the current one is the best looking pickup on the market right now, of any brand or class. I really like the new F-150's too (Good thing since mine is on order). If I had a need for a Super Duty, I wouldn't have thought twice about getting one. But my 3000lb boat doesn't require a 6.0 PS Diesel. Too bad, cause that thing is sweet.

Well, it's the 90's, we've completely accepted homosexuality into our culture (except for a few screwball fundamentalists).
I've got to say, that sweet new F-350 sure looks like it can roll up its sleeves and get down & dirty for a blue-collar 8-hour workday, but is still absolutely elegant enough to punch out at the end of the day, and have a night on the town. It truly embodies multiple buzzwords such as versatility, utility, in the loop, and off the hook. It truly is haulin' excellence.
Ford's the best, f%$k the rest.

Holy crapola, I just figured it out. I know what's bothering me about it. It looks like a dually H2 that had a Fab 5 makeover. I knew there was something about it that I just couldn't put my finger on a couple minutes ago. I love the laptop in the middle. Nothing says "I'm a bad-*** tough guy construction worker dude" like a solitare-machine in the armrest. The armrest that's taking up an extra seat that you could have filled with another logger, or oil-rig worker.
Man, didn't the boys over at GM invent a truck a couple years ago that you could actually spray a hose inside to rinse everything off (not just the vinyl seats)? It was called the Dynomax or Terramax or something like that. I'll have to look that up. Obvioulsy it never made it to production. That idea came about 30 years too late. We're much too sensitive now for a monster like that.

I like that interior as well. Just trying to figure out from the picture angle, exactly how the shifter works. Could be just a standard floor shifter, but from that picture it is hard to tell. Looks almost like it would be twisted or slid somehow to engage the tranny....I dunno
What do you think about those flip up gauges on the dash? Look like there would be a visibility problem unless you had the seat adjusted all the way up
