i used to live on 31st and a 145th streeet and its starting to go down hill and stuff even the local mall is shutting down(eastland) the reason is, is it backs up the rural tulsa area and theres some woods over in that area and its a place for us kids to right bikes iin a little bmx place and stuff but theres also druggys tahat hang out down ther too
