problem solved!!
I solved my problem with the power steering box hitting the engine perch. I took a torch and heated the high spot and hammered it down to gain the clearance needed to mount the box. Glad I did'nt have to serch for another perch. Now I have to begin my serch for another column. I have one that came off of a bronco that fits fine but I'm going to need to go to a tilt. At 6'5'' I don't like it on my lap.
