Hi everyone,
I just registered 2 minutes ago, so i dont know if this is the right spot to post this ? but does anyone know where i can find a 67-72 crew cab 4x4?
(actually more like a 69-72) I have a 67 F250 4x4, 460, 4inch skyjacker, 35" Grabber MT's, etc, etc, but i would really love to build up one of those crew cabs!! Any help/guidance would be appreciated!!
Only one I know of is the one in my garage and it's not leaving my sight. I found mine in a local paper which u see now and then. Just be a peeping tom and keep checkin peoples backyards for treasures they forgot about which shouldn't be a prob with a 4in lift and 35's on you current.
There are ones listed here once in a while, though I have not checked lately. The older crew cabs are rare, I have only seen one 67-72 F-600 crew cab 4x4, but, the F-250/F-350s do pop up on E-BAY once in a while.
If you would not mind a 1975, here is a 4x4 F-250 crew cab:
Thanks. That 75 crew cab is sweet but im gonna hold out for my 67-72 bodystyle. I'll keep checking ads and driving neighborhoods and maybe come across one someday. I know they were common as work trucks for the railroad in canada, so maybe i will try to locate some resources up north some how. I still have a few things i would like to do to my 67, so im not in a big rush but it would be nice to find one.
... but im gonna hold out for my 67-72 bodystyle...
I know what you mean. There is something angular, raw, and very cool about the 67-72 design.
I just checked the classifieds on this site. Nothing there.
Rebo's right. Ebay will have them from time to time. There was a very nice (almost mint) crew cab I saw a week or two ago, but if I remember right it was going for quite a bit.
Lately I've notived that the supply of 67-72 trucks, in general, is drying up. Even the plain-Jane F100s and F250s. I always used to see several at cars.com, but now, nothing within a thousand miles. Ebay seems to have a few more.
Maybe this vintage is crossing over from old beater to classic in more poeple's minds.
Good luck in your search!

Thanks for browsing around. Im going to check ebay and collectorcartraderonline.com on a regular basis and eventually one will show up that fits my needs. I just dont know if i am willing to sell/trade my 67 to get one. My other goal in life is a 69 Mach 1.
