Arrow Rear Seat Lift for Sub?

Does anyone know if there are... or how to... lift the rear seat in my new FX4 F-150 extended cab??? I have a nice sub system from my old truck I would like to reinstall.
Thanks

Do you plan on having full size adults back there? I was going to do that on my truck but there is just not enough head room even for just a 2"-3" seat lift (mine is a 02, not sure if yours has more head room). Just something to consider.

Arrow Lift...

The most I have really is a dog and grogeries in the rear seat, once in a while I will give some one a ride but that is not the primiary use. Have you heard of where or how I can lift it... I really only need about 1" lift anyway. Thanks

The 2004 FX4 also has a little deeper/higher cab than the 2002 F-150 (I just sold my 2002 for this one)...

If all you need is an inch, you can probably just unbolt the seat and put some metal washers to raise the seat off the floor. Not sure if the bolts are long enough, they have plenty of thread on mine to lift about 1". Hope that helps.

u can buy some lifts for em...but there probly bigger than u need. i made a lifter for my back seat. i think mines raised 3". took some channel iron, drilled out the holes and got it too work decently. somewhat uncomfortable for people to sit in the back, but its not often that somebody does.

Thumbs up Lmi

Go to your search engine. Look up LMI Welding. They make back seat lift kits for FORDS. Have one in my 2000 Extra cab. Fits perfect.

I think you are out of luck. I researched this a little while back and came up with zilch for an 04 F150. Its because of the way the rear seat back mounts to the seat bottom. If you raise the bottom, then the back gets raised the same amount. Hopefully someone will figure something out for the 04 rear seat.

Be careful the rear bolts also hold the cab in place.

thanks... still fighting it

have a home built lift in mind now (as I only want to raise the rear seat and don't care about the movability of the seat or adjusting the back frame).... but now I need to find a way to get a breaker bar or an impact wrench in there to losen the factory machine installed bolts... thanks for all the comments...
