Lariat w/ black grille pictures
Here's a before and after of my Lariat with a gold grille and a black grille. I don't think the picture really does the black grille justice... it looks a lot better than that ugly gold grille. Unless you have the two-tone Arizona Beige paint then I don't think the gold grille looks right... same goes for the gold 4X4 decal on the bedside. That's gone off my truck too!!

Yahoo/GeoCities is picky about hot-linking to images located on their web servers. That, and this will can use up said bandwidth pretty quickly ... downloaded everytime a user looks at this forum. It looks like they even changed the file extentions to .txt.

Very nice!! I was thinking a black powder coated billet grill, but I like that.....Did you paint it? I was also thinking a gold metalic pinstripe but with the black and removing the decal I like it just the way it is....BTY I intended either to paint the waffle black or remove it bofore installing the black billet type.

Looks great! I have a Black Lariat and am not a fan of the gold honeycomb either and billet seems a little excessive for me. I like the stock look with a different color combination like you did. My other thought was to have the chrome surround painted black by a body shop to match the truck and then paint the honeycomb silver. What do ya think? I'll get pictures up as soon as I go through with it (whenever that is).
