Vaccum Lines/EGR Valve vaccum Hook up.

Vaccum Lines/EGR Valve vaccum Hook up.
I have a 1978 F-100 300ci , auto with a single barrle carb with one port on one side, one on the other side and one up front, and was woundering if anyone has a diagram of the vaccum line hook ups, there is a 5- port vaccume tree on the manafold. Where does the EGR Valve vaccum line hook up to, I have a 2 port sensor on the front of the engine, but not sure where the lines hook up to?
