It was only a few short years ago that Nissan was almost kaput.

I read some other news along the same line. Another company will pick them up just watch. Mitsubishi has a lot of experiance and background. And like Ultramagdan sadi it wasn't to long ago that some were saying Nissan was kaput. And some of us can remember when people said Chrysler was dead and gone.

Yeah but 10.4 billion is a lot of debt and the Japanese government isn't going to bail them out and Daimler-Chrysler says no more, but they are interested in the truck and equipment division. Mitsubishi just may be done with the automobile portion of the market, its pretty cuthroat, remember Deawoo, they are still around, they made a dependable car they just didn't make it in the automobile market.
