Biggest tire size info needed

Resurrection lives!
New (to me) 1993 Ranger SuperCab 4X4 4.0 5-speed came with with the factory P265/75-15 tires, previous owner replaced with the Toyo Open Country A/T LT30 X 9.50-SR15 thinking this would be a little better protection for off-road travel.
I know the diameter is a little shorter and rev./mile higher but this is not statistically significant in the intended uses I have for this truck.
Cheers!

ok I have one question kinda new here so please don't flame me for this but I have a 1997 ranger 3.0, I put a 3" body lift on, went from 14" tires and rims to 15" tires and rims, when I did this I was told there would not be any change on my speedo but according to the local police at 70mph in my truck it is 82mph or so. I guess what I'm asking is this, is there a way to reprogram the cpu with the correct tire size and make it read correctly? I was told that I can purchase a handheld programmer to plug into the cpu and that might fix it but I wanted to make sure. I am currently running 30 x 9.50's on all 4 tires and my speedo is off by about I think 10 % give or take.
