msd blaster 2 coil

I have a 88 f-150, 302 fuel injected, and i have bought most the performance parts i can find for it, and i just bought and installed new accel 8mm plugs for my truck, and i was just wondering if i could use one of these msd blaster 2 coils to give it a better spark or if i needed something else. So what im saying is, can i use this msd coil by itself without using anything else, or do i need something else for this coil to work. Thanks

You can run just the coil. I did that for a couple years on my truck before I got a 6A box. MSD has an E-core coil that will mount in the same place, and plug right into the wiring.
