Can you post some good side profile pics? And also what the frame looks like under the doors, can you see the hole frame?

Is that just a 2" daystar & 3" body? Looks just as high as some of the 04's with the 6" suspensions. Awsome truck.

tow hitch??

First off, that is one sweet ford.i dont think your truck is equipped with a tow hitch, but to my understanding with a body lift the hitch will sit 3" lower right? if so is there anything possible to have it sitting without the gap if i install the 3" body lift (where it is right now [stock]). dont want to be a post ***** but i know everyone is looking at this right know.

Sorry i took so long. Questions let see... I will definitely get some better pics for you, Im a photographer so i know i can do that, If the rain ever stops! The frame looks real good I was very concerned about that also, I was always one for all suspension lift but you really can not tell, the kit was awsome, they did some serious homework on this truck. It was not easy! Lets just say it took some time, alot of drop down brackets, 47 page book came with it! There is a daystar kit on it, and I did add an extra 1/2 steel plate on top of the daystar kit with some rubber gaskets. I dont think the 1/2 was necessary, I was just trying to get my 35's under it without rubbing at the time, needless to say they still rubed, not no more though. The gap gaurds are sweet, I do recomend them, even if you are not doing the body lift they fill in those holes in the front that ford forgot to. The only thing i did not like was the frame sticking through the tow hook holes in the front once it is lifted, they do give you some caps to fill in the holes on the front of the frame rails. I cut mine off on an angle so they would not stick out, dont tell ford! The tow hooks are relocated under that front valence under the holes where they use to stick out of once the kit is installed. As far as rear bumper with a tow hitch, there are some exstensive directions on cutting and welding to get it right, they did not say in the directions any thing about a truck without, but there was 2 extra brackets in the kit that worked with my rear bumper. I dont think there is a gap on the tow hitch and bumper when you do it there way. I did not know i did not have a tow hitch till i started the lift, pretty sad ha! I just going to do some custom brackets bolted to the frame for my new hitch. Im working on the exhaust now, its going to come through the bed in front of the rear tire on the passenger side through with this billet ring, it's pretty sick, all get some pics to ya. Im also workink on a full blown computer system for my truck, I though some of you guys might be interested in. It has an 8'' touch screen in the dash that replaces your radio a 1 gig hz 60 gig and a 250gig hard drive that stores all your audio and video files. The computer is 2"x7"x10.5" fits under your seat all with a 12v power supply, running windows xp pro, it has a GPS system with real time tracking, cellular modem for full time internet, xm radio everything is included all the low profile antenna's remote for steering wheel with mouse/mute/volume, this thing is the coolest thing going, check out our software screen shots on castletek.com under mobile, you can also ad the on board diagnostics software that hooks into your vehicles factory computer that lets you know everything there is to know, we will talk about reprograming your own factory comp. from your onboard comp. for more horsepower at a later date, thats just to much to get into! Sorry for beating your brain for so long!!

they are the 35"

Lt325/60 R20 121s they will rub with out any other lift. You can get in there and do some trimming on the factory wheel lip molding and inner fender covers
and get it to work. Also make sure those wheels will clear the brake calipars you might need a spacer.
