Hello all, I searched the archives on this question and didn't find the answer, so I'll pop the question...
Has anyone bought any gauge pods for the A-Pillar for F150's, years 73-79? Mine is a '78 with a stock 351M and I get (gasp) 15 miles to the gallon on the highway!!!
Daytona Guy,
I was considering using Auto Meter guages and the gauge cups, and mounting them along my A pillar. I figured as long as they are mounted uniformly and the wiring harnesses were tied together cleanly, it would look just as good, if not better.
I've got 3 Autometer guage pods, chrome, that I plan to put on my pillar but haven't gotten around to doing it yet. That's really the only option I've found anywhere but I think it will look great when done. As Elvis said just make sure you wire it neatly. http://hp.autometer.com/products/mou...cup_gauge.html
