Just a dumb Question

Now I'm not the brightest bulb in the box,But when ,and what did Ford put a 2.6 in?

I never heard of one before I started to use this fourm.

The early Capri's had the 2.6. It's basically the same engine as the 2.8 but the 2.8 has better heads. They will interchange.
