What intake, fuel, and electronic mods r there for my 4.6 L

Hello. My name is Adam and I am a proud owner of a 97 F-150/ 148,000 miles, and have recently rebuilt the trans. and changed the engine. I opt to put a jasper 4.6 L in it in place of the old clankety stock 4.6 My engine is the romeo model. I'm making it into a pretty nice show truck, but I would like a little bit more get up and go for my beauty. What intake, fuel, and electronic mods r there for my truck? And which ones r tried and true?

Mods already made: Oversized cams, graphite coated pistons, chrome plated Vin valves, triple layered steel head gaskets, hooker headers from hedman, custom true dual exuast catbacked and 45 deg exit, aftermarket fly wheel, and custom valve covers.

Also....I'm looking to do something with the throttle body....but what should I do? And I'm planning on upgrading the PCM....any suggestions?
