Cruise control for 04 E 150

I recently read about adding cruise. It involved changing steering wheel etc.This could be a problem with newer models due to airbag. Does anyone know about an aftermaket cruise control?

JC whitney sells them, I'm not sure how they work, but I don't think that they involve changing the steering wheel.
