Using air pressure to remove antifreeze

Anybody tried using a radiator pressure pump to push out antifreeze? I don't really want to get under the block and take an antifreeze bath when I remove the block plug. Got a Ford V-10. I thought I could drain radiator, remove heater hose at the thermostat housing, pressure up the radiator and push it out the heater hose. Comments?

I don't think you want to do that.
