OEM DVD Install
I purchased one of the 12 pin OEM DVD's off of Ebay awhile back. I watched the forum for a long time and no one ever provided any information on the installtion of one of these. After purchasing an original bracket from Ford, and getting alot of input from other guys around, I installed it myself. It consisted of lowering the headliner to install the bracket making my own harness and hardwiring the DVD into the existing Ford wiring at the C pillar. The DVD works GREAT just like the owner's manual says it should. All for less than $300 and a hard days labor.

You are my hero! I just bought a 2004 Expedition NBX and have been looking on e-bay for a factory dvd player. I currently have the CD/cass. combo radio unit. Do you know if the unit is compatible with a 03 or 04 expedition dvd player?
