460 Fan Shroud not fitting new radiator

Was running hot at high speeds 45-70 so I got a new 4 row radiator. This has greatly helped temp at speed but now idle-20 mph is running hot. Fan shroud has some large gaps in places. What can is stick in the gaps?

Thought about doing some fiberglass work or making a new shroud out of sheet metal (not fun).

Any ideas?

Thanks

<What can is stick in the gaps?> - are you saying a can is stuck in the gaps?....if a can is in the gaps you need to get a replacement shroud...

Ok, I must have had my stupid cap on when I posted last.

I replaced the factory radiator with a aftermarket "factory" radiator. The fan shroud doesn't match up perfect with the new radiator and has some gaps, some are rather large.

What would can anyone suggest to fix the gaps.

Thanks
