460 & Efi

I'm curious if anyone is making an aftermarket EFI for the factory carbed 460s. I've searched, but the only thing I come up with is stuff on the factory 460 EFIs.

yeah, i have seen them in the jegs catalog for about a thousand bucks up top 1500 or so, not sure on price range because i cant find that catalog right now, but i have seen them.

Wow, that is some serious coin!
Hmm, ok, I'll try jegs. Couldn't find anything at summit, but maybe my search parameters are wrong. If jegs has it, summit usually does too.

holley makes a few of them, edelbrock makes a couple. they are on pages 90 and 91 of the jegs catalog with the yellow hot rod on the front. i considered it for my truck, but really dont have that kind of money to spend on it right now.

Holley makes a couple of FI systems. Their main one is Pro-Jection, it is a throttle body system. They also make a universal kit too. Not sure how that one works, but the Pro-jection is pretty good for a TBI system.

I thought Holley might. I am familiar with their Pro-Jection unit. I prefer Edelbrock, so I called them today. They do not make such a unit, but are gauging customer interest to see if it would be worthwhile to develop one. So, naturally I said, heck ya! Count me in! Anyway, they said only 6 months to market after project gets the go ahead.
