I am going to sell my 1992 supercab F150.
When I look up the NADA value I have to choose between a Styleside Custom 6' bed or a Special 6' bed.
How can I tell?
My VIN is 1FTEX15H0NKB32712
i believe the styleside is the normal bed. i've never heard the term special, but i assume its the flareside. thats where the bed is narrower than the normal and doesn't go straight back.
just a tip: edmunds.com seems to give the most accurate value. they also have tips on buying and selling. another good way do find the vale is go to autotrader.com and search for 92 f150 in your area and see what others are selling it for. be sure to look at the private party not the dealers because they are both listen on there. i did that for my ranger. i then put it in the paper for the average price that i found and it sold in a few days. good luck
