Maybe the Democrats will sue the grand ol party for not winning the 2004 election, and allowing kerry's screw up's, if he should tragically get elected.

Clinton ate at McDonalds, look what happened to him. It made him look like a big mac and Monica had the munchies.

OK, sorry for all that.
It is rediculous how people are so sue happy. I think there is a lack of personal accountability in the world today.

I agree. The world needs accountability. If I get a speeding ticket, do I go and sue the state/county for not having more cops out there to alleviate my urge to go fast? No. I curse and swear I am going to fight it, say the cops are dumb and then, when I cool off, I send my fine to the court house. Albeit, a little humbler.
Accountability. My Fault. Not my parents, not my teachers, not my pastor, not even the governments fault- usually.

It might have been Burger King, and it was related to smoking, in that trial lawyers, fresh from the cigarette trial trough, started looking around for other victims. Someone already beat them to the gun manufacturers, so they jumped on the fast food industry. They found a couple of fat, lazy, ignorant, shameless teenyboppers. The kids were in it for the money (so they could afford to buy a car or hire a chauffeur to ride their biggy-sized, cellulite butts to McD's.The lawyers, of course, were only in it to improve the health and character of America's citizens, and maybe to collect a little contingency money.

For some reason (right wing conspiracy) the case was thrown out, the kids are still walking' (& eating), and the lawyers are still looking for an easy target.

I see they are cutting back their super-size menu to be used only for special promotions.Maybe folks will only get a little fatter instead of a lot fatter.

i can see it now;
yes i will take the veggie mac, a diet coke, and the fresh strawberries on the side.
yes sir, would you like to undersize that for only a dollar more?
why yes, charge me more for less thank you, and you will be hearing from my attorny about this.
thank you for your patronage, and have your attorny contact ours. we of course cater to the court rooms, the judge is around the corner. perhaps we can settle in macdonalds court to save you time sir?
sounds good to me. your honor the reason i am sueing macdonalds today is that their menu is now too healthy. it is my contention that they bring back the big mac and large fries.
sounds good to me, i order macdonalds to bring back the big mac, and pay this gentleman $1,000,000 for his inconveinence. case closed, now for lunch.

I think the real story is how McD's got us all to bay $0.50 (or what ever it was) for a super size vs large fries. Difference in food Large 6 oz of fries. Supersize 7 oz. You could have bought a large and a small fries for the cost of a super size and gotten more fries. Genius. Pure marketing genius.

I think Mickey D's took a page straight out of the casino's marketing strategies book. I mean every thing they do is designed for you to spend more money. the color of the straws (yellow and red stripes) is supposed to make you thirstier and the size of the straw makes you drink the soda faster- although that isn't nearly as important as it used to be since you get the free refill. But I understand that even the color schemes on the building are designed to make us want more food!

How 'bout Bojangles? Around here, they have a monopoly over McD's, BK, KFC, Wendy's, and Hardee's. Bojangles' chicken is worse for fat than McD's burgers.

You had one thing wrong , you sue the car maker for making a car that allows you to exceed the speed limit. One thing to watch is to see if the price of a large value meal stays the same or takes the price of the super size.
