change what part?
When taking a highway "right" turn or any "right" turn at 25-35 mph my body seems to shift the driver's door. is this an indication that somethng in my steering or suspension is wearing out?

If the body sways that much it could be anything in your suspension, but the first thing I'd check would be the sway bar link. That would most likely be the culprit.
I was driving into NYC last Saturday and at around 10 a.m. or so was coming out of Holland tunnel into NYC. I was following an Expy when it hit a pothole and out pops the sway bar link.
