I keep putting the info in, but dont know where to upload a picture, or do I have to have 25 post also.

plus all my pictures are too big too for my advitar. AHHHHHHHHH

You won't be able to add photos until you create a gallery.

Once you do that it will be crystal clear.

That would be *Avatar*. that too has a connection to the gallery or photo album.
Please make yourself aware of the NOT allowable content for the user gallery.
