4.2L piston firing order

Hey guys, I'm looking to do a leak down test on my motor, but need to know the piston firing order. Anybody know this? And also, has anybody done this before and know the easiest way to keep track of when the pistons are top dead center and the valves are closed? Any help is appreciated guys.

BlueOvalFitter is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Firing order; 1-4-2-5-3-6
When I use to rebuild engines I would watch the rockers as the piston moved up the cylinder on the compression stroke and they would not move, and the damper indicated 0 degrees.Or,put your finger in the plug hole;as you feel the compression look at the damper and stop it as it nears 0 degrees.
