How can you Tell which Transmission you have

How do I determine which Transmission (Automatic) I have in my 1998 F-150 4.6L 2WD Ext Cab Lariat.

Door code will be a "U" under trans for a 4R70W, it's the only auto for '97-03 body style behind the 4.6L.
