Will a '72 Econoline steering rack fit?

My '72 F150 needs a steering rack... I have a '72 Econoline E200 van rotting outside, will that rack swap in? What parts, if any, will swap in from the Econoline?

Hi! These trucks and vans use a recirculating ball steering gear. Sorry the van steering box is different, the sector shaft comes out sideways and moves the pitman arm forward and backwards. They got kind a funky steering linkage 'cause the steering box is in front of the wheels, nothing will swap over.
