Mirrors?

Mirrors?
We have an '01 F350SD that came with the trailer towing mirrors. Both my wife and I think they're just great.
Now, my wife (!) found and bought a '93 F250 (every woman has to collect something!). It's got the small mirrors. door mounted, and neither of us like them much.
So, the question: Does anyone make an aftermarket version of towing mirrors anything like the '01 factory style? The door frame construction is so different between the '93 and the '01 that I don't see any way to mount the '01 type.
