'03 Eddie Bauer Alarm
Did the 2003 Expeditions come with any type of security system or alarm other than the passive anti-theft key system? I have an '03 EB and I am just not sure whether it has an alarm. If so, is there a way to test it?

NO there is nothing other than the OEM transponder-in-key device (immobilizer).
What makes you think you have an alarm other than that? Perhaps your dealer gave you a freebie (not!).
The stock immobilizer does include the blinking red alarm LED on the dash top (center).
