Interchangable Computers
OK I have swaped out the ECM on my 1989 F150
4x4 Lariat auto trans 302 5.0 EFI from a very cool guy here who sent it to me I have crossed ref the Numbers on the unit and it would seem it is for a 5.8 w electronic trans. Now in desperation I pluged it in and the truck fired right up and it seems to run a little better but still not 100% Heres the weird part
I took the old computer looked up the number to find out that its from a 88 bronco AOD. I really need to know what is interchangable here. anyone out there know what computers are swapable
